Jessica works for a software company and holds the title of general manager. Periodically, the CEO drops by to update her on things which he feels need her attention. Jessica is just finishing up an important task and is desperate to run to the bathroom, but the moment she stands up to go, her boss enters the room and says he wants to talk to her. He only has a few minutes so Jessica has to sit back down and hold her full bladder. She listens to his remarks and notes various things he would like her to do, while at the same time tightly crossing her legs and struggling to wait for the bathroom. Each time she thinks her boss is winding up the conversation and she can go pee, he brings up another issue he wants addressed. Jessica is becoming seriously desperate and starts to worry that she won’t make it to the bathroom in time if the conversation goes on much longer. Finally, at her prompting, her boss lets her go. It’s only just in time. She runs into the bathroom, pulls up her skirt, tugs down her tights and panties, and drops onto the toilet for the relief she has been craving.
